MAINTENANCE OF CORPORATE DATA TRANSMISSION NETWORK AND INTERNET COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION
To ensure proactive elimination of incidents related to availability, security and quality of the data transmission network and information systems used for customer service.
Within the project, the following tasks were performed:
- Monitoring of service availability and quality parameters of the providers of the data transmission network of the bank, detection of incidents, fault clearance management, reports on SLA performance of the service providers;
- Monitoring and administration of bank’s data transmission equipment and solution performance, detection of incidents, fault clearance management, reports on the performance of the data transmission solution of the bank;
- Monitoring of the quality parameters of the bank’s customer service information system (web, remote banking) availability and reachability from the locations where the customers of the bank are concentrated (different countries in Europe and Asia);
- Provision and administration of Internet communications security solutions (DDoS protection);
- Development and update of technical documents of the solutions.
