What data is being collected?

We process your personal data for the purpose of preventing, controlling and detecting criminal offenses against property and assets (theft, vandalism, etc.) and to protect the vital interests of individuals, including but not limited to:

  • ensure security (customers, employees, documents, information);
  • detect violations of private property boundaries, burglary, theft, assault, damage, money fraud and other illegal activities inside and outside property;
  • controlling the movement, assembly, and behavior of individuals to better manage safety and risks;
  • determine the appropriate allocation of resources in situations where the offense is imminent or has already occurred;
  • investigate incidents.

How do we collect data?

  • From you:
    • We collect and process personal data through technical measures, such as CCTV cameras, CCTV systems and other similar technologies.Publicly available sources, such as social networks;

    • In order to fulfill our obligations to you, we transfer your personal data to companies that provide services to us, such as security companies. These companies may only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and may not use it for any other purpose. They are required by law and our Collaboration Agreement to protect your personal data.
  • Law enforcement agencies, state and municipal institutions:
    • In order to comply with our legal obligation, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement agencies as well as state and municipal authorities upon request. We may also transfer your personal data to law enforcement agencies, state and municipal authorities to defend our legal interests - to raise, enforce or defend legal claims.
  • Group companies:
    • We may share your information within the Corporate Solutions Group if this is necessary to achieve our goals.

    • Under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise the above rights, please submit a written application to us. Please note that due to the specific nature of the video surveillance process, we cannot guarantee that your rights to restrict the processing of personal data will be fully enforced as the data is collected automatically and you will not be able to perform your tasks or receive services from us without becoming a subject.
