Within the framework of the project “Implementation of the Digital Radio Communication System,” which involves the modernization of the train dispatcher radio communication system in all railway stations and sections, services are provided for construction supervision and technical monitoring, design, and supervision of contract execution, inspection, and management in accordance with FIDIC contract conditions. During the development of the construction project and the construction phase, the following project sections are implemented: construction of radio towers and cable duct systems, site preparation, earthworks for the construction of towers and cable ducts, delivery and installation of all necessary materials and radio communication system equipment, installation of antennas and equipment, construction of towers, reconstruction of the Iskratel dispatching system, reconstruction and connection of the power supply system, connection of data transmission networks, construction of equipment containers, testing to ensure the functionality and coverage of the solution in accordance with the applicable laws, building regulations, standards, and the Client's requirements in the Republic of Latvia.
